As the Brand & Marketing Lead at CardinalStone Partners I started a monthly internal newsletter. This was created to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and important announcements. It aims to engage and align employees by highlighting achievements, sharing success stories, and promoting a sense of community. Additionally, it serves to educate employees with training tips and best practices, while also motivating them by recognizing their contributions and fostering a positive workplace culture. This ensures everyone is on the same page and supports the company's goals and values.
